Visage De Botte or Boot Face , was painted using my left hand , I love the expressive and quirky feeling of the face along with the stance of the boot and the bright colors that highlight the painting.

Visage or Face is my expressive side of shoe art and my approach to a more abstract and avant guard style incorporating my love for shoes and art.

The boot is depicted in a realistic style, with attention paid to the texture and lines throughout . The face that sits atop the boot , on the other hand is stylized and primitive in it’s expression. The use of mixed media adds a layered and textural quality to the face, with pastel lines creating a sharpness that contrasts with the bold colors of the painting.
